Returns Refund & Exchange Policy

Final Sale: All products are final sale and non-returnable.

Exchange Policy: Exchanges are permitted for certain products due to size fitting issues if the following criteria are met:

  1. Exchange Period: Our exchange policy lasts for 6 days from the date of receipt of goods from courier. If more than 6 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer an exchange.
  2. Condition of Item: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the exchange.
  4. Manufacturer Returns: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-eligible Items for Exchange:

  1. Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchange Process:

  1. Inspection: Once your product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email (contact@brewingcricket.com) or phone about the approval or rejection of your exchange.
  2. Approval: If approved, your exchange will be processed. The new item will be shipped after any balance amount is paid, if applicable.

Value Difference:

  1. If the exchanged item costs more than the original, the balance amount must be paid before shipping.
  2. If the exchanged item costs less than the original, the customer can either choose additional items to match the value or buy an item of similar value.

Refunds:

No product comes under refund policy, as a company we do not refund orders or cancel orders for the customers, its in the customers interest to buy / check & pay before buying anything online. Refund is strictly a no Policy & will not be entertained.

Shipping Costs:

  1. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for the exchange.
  2. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be adjusted with the exchange.

Sale Items:

  1. Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping Instructions:

  1. The item must be shipped by the customer to the following address: Brewing Cricket - Jayanagar No.1873, 1st Floor, 38 ‘A’ Cross, 11th Main Rd, Opp. Shalini Grounds, 4th T Block East, Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560041.
  2. Email contact@brewingcricket.com with the tracking and courier details.

Final Note: The above policies are final, and no exceptions will be made.
